Warranty/Maintenance

All new Hoot Systems include a three-year manufacturer's "non-prorated and transferable" product warranty, and an initial service policy covering the first two years of system ownership. During the first two years, the owner is entitled to all services, sampling collection, and inspection calls required by local regulatory officials.
At each service visit, an authorized Hoot Service Provider performs various tasks, including a complete inspection of each component of the Hoot System and any necessary adjustment or service to any electrical, mechanical, and other component parts to ensure proper function.
At the end of the initial two-year maintenance agreement, the owner has the opportunity to continue service with SOS, or they can choose another service provider approved by their local regulatory offices and requirements.
