Rick and Robin made a difficult situation getting action from our county expedited and calmly handled the bureaucratic red tape and delays. Rick is extremely knowledgeable, flexible and accommodating and we have had no problems with our system since it was completed. We would recommend the system and Superior On-site Solutions to anyone needing an engineered system.
Your staff responded very quickly to my plugged sewer. I had been trying for two days to unplug the line your staff went directly to the septic tank open the lid checked out everything they noticed that no water was flowing so they took a tool and just ran it up the mouth of the pipe about a foot where there was a grease blockage and tons of water came out.
